Our Story

Mama Roos Italian Kitchen was founded in 2023 by a dynamic husband and wife duo who share a passion for gourmet Italian foods and handcrafted Italian sauces. Mama & Papa Roo initially sold their delicious products from a small mobile food truck, and due to the overwhelming demand for Mama's Sauce, they expanded into local farmer's markets

Mama & Papa Roo initially sold their delicious products from a small mobile food truck, and due to the overwhelming demand for Mama's Sauce, they expanded into local farmer's markets, small boutiques, and grocery stores. Today, they have grown into a thriving regional and online business, committed to sustainable food practices, with the aspiration of having Mama's Sauces, including their Non GMO sauces and small-batch sauces, in every kitchen across America.
